This furnace is the latest generation furnace that developed by our institute. It is the national patent product. No. Of single furnace is ZL 99 2 28055.9 and binary furnace is ZL 99 2 228053.2.
This furnace possesses the following characteristics: (1). Length of furnace: 14 to 22 meters, average width: 2 meters, length of lead bath: 6.5 to 9meters, width 2.2 meters.
(2). Material of fore part 8 to 10ms is heat resistant stainless tube. Back part 6-12m is carbide silica hole brick.
(3). Heat source position is different from normal furnace. Heat source is at the middle-back part of furnace. The temperature of wire inlet is the lowest, wire output is relatively highest. The steel wire in the hole is continuously heated up from low temperature to high until discharging, meet wire temperature of technological requirements.
(4). Lead bath does not require separated heating device, since at the end of heat treatment furnace, there is fire connection pass and controlled by brake board. Additonal there are air cooling, water cooling and electric heat insulation device all controlled automatically.
The advantages as following:
1)Furnace body is small, light weight, quick installation, disassembled and moved easily, long worklife.
2)High output. Annual max. Output of single furnace is 10000 tons, binary furnace is 15000 tons. (counted as Φ3.0mm)
3) Novel design, meet the theory of convective heating method, high thermal efficiency low energy consumption, single furnace: 65 kg for one ton wire, binary 60kg. Thermal efficiency can reach above 35%.
4)Wide application. Can meet the demands of all different kinds of material for heat treatment, such as high, medium and low carbon wire or stainless wire, the diameter is from 0.8 to 12.5mm, also can meet bright annealing requirements.
5) Deposition ash is less, convenient slag discharging, easy maintenance and repair.
