This furnace is to use mechanical coal firing system to heat zinc bath around and bottom made of pure iron, zinc temperature and furnace temperature are controlled by computer automatically.
It possesses the following characteristics: (1). Small furnace body, novel and reasonable design. The furnace body is completely closed by steel structure except the wire inlet. The frame is firm, heat insulation is fine.
(2). Quick installation, disassembled and moved easily. Simple operation and maintenance, convenient repair.
(3). High output, daily output can reach 20 tons, (counted as dia 3 mm).
(4). Long worklife. The life time of zinc bath can reach 2 to 3 years, because of its pure iron and nonmetal compound frame. The worklife of furnace can reached 10 years.
(5). Low operation cost. Consumption of standard coal is 85 kg to produce one ton steel wire, zinc consumption is also low. This furnace is mostly favorable to the plant
Reconstructing of hot-galvanizing with electricity or oil fired. The cost may take back within 3 to 5 months.
(6). The quality of hot-galvanizing is stable. The precision of controlled temperature is ± 2º C
(7). Electric power is economical, installed capacity is only 3.5 kw.
(8). Easy refit. The single furnace may reequip to binary furnace. Its production capacity is increased.
The binary furnace is to use one set mechanical coal firing system heating two pure iron compound zinc bath, so it is named the binary furnace. Besides possessing all merits of single furnace, the output of binary furnace may increase one time. Consumption of energy sources may reduce 30%.
