Inner heating hot galvanizing furnace
This furnace is consisted of the bath body, ceramic heater and temperature control system. The bath body is made of three layers compound heat insulation materials and the frame.

Its exterior is that the bath inlet and outlet is plane designed, the heater is vertically and uniformly fixed around. Thus the temperature of zinc liquid is uniform and convenient for operating and maintaining. The production efficiency is increased, operation is safe.

Convenient zinc melting and solidifying. Heater can directly heating and melting zinc. Melting speed is rapid with low Zn ash. Zinc solidifying can be directly operated.
