This production line is the light-reduction galvanizing line developed by Xinke research institute. Low resistance stainless tube is adopted as cathode roller. Its abrasion is very small. To adopt heat treatment electroplating continuous production line, power and labor force may be saved, economic benefits will be increased. The whole line is consisted of the following facilities:
(1)Spool paying off wire
(2)Heat treatment furnace (tube type partial direct fire, high output);
(3)Waste heat boiler ( steam is use for alkali bath, hot water bath and drying);
(4)Electrolytic alkali washing (cathode-anode exchanging type);
(5)Hot water washing;
(6)Electrolytic acid or alkali washing;
(7)Cleaning bath(washed with low press straight line);
(8)Plating bath ( adopted with low resistance stainless tube, efficiency is high, low abrasion);
(9)Cleaning bath (washed with low press straight line);
(10)Hot water bath;
(11)Drying oven;
(12)Lead liquid low bath and circulating system ( adopted double circulating system, to ensure the demands of continuous producing);
(13)Rectifying and transforming equipment (To confirm its power according to user's demand);
(14)Taking up device (horizontal type for small wire, inverted type for big wire);
