The process consists of: Spool paying off steel wire(basket type)-> Gas direct fired steel wire heating furnace->Quenching in lead bath-> Ultrasonic cleaning(traditional way is pickling)->Phosphating(boraxing)->Spool taking up steel wire(inverted type)
